There are seven recently renovated apartments for rent at Orchard Bank. Three of them are large enough for couples but all the rest are better suited to single people. One of them is a small detached bungalow. All are on the ground floor except apartment 1 which is accessed to the first floor by stairs or a chair lift.

Services: All occupants are provided with a Careline System. This is operated through a push button pendant or wrist band and provides emergency help should it be needed. There is a Cook/Housekeeper who is on site every day for five hours. She provides a two course lunch which is freshly cooked on the premises. Occupants may have this in the communal dining room or in their own apartment. The cost of each meal is is heavily subsidised and provides excellent value for money. There is a communal courtyard and garden which is maintained by our own gardener. There are washing machines and tumble driers for occupant's use. Recycling bins are available for bottles, cans and paper.
