THE APARTMENTS

There are eight apartments: two are suitable for couples and six for single occupancy. Two of the apartments are on the first floor, but have access by chair lift as well as stairs. One of the apartments is in a small separate bungalow. All the apartments are fully double glazed, have underfloor heating and have newly refurbished shower rooms. They are kept in good repair and have living space, a kitchen area and a bedroom with en-suite shower room. 

All the occupants are provided with a Careline System operated through a push button pendant or wrist band which provides emergency care if required. The Careline System is also linked to smoke alarms in each apartment so that the Fire Brigade can be summoned without delay. The apartments all conform to current fire and safety regulations and regular checks are done to ensure that high standards of quality and safety are maintained. All the apartments have access to the communal courtyard garden and some have beautiful views of Blockley and the surrounding countryside. A gardener is employed to keep the communal garden attractive and a pleasant place in which to sit on fine days.
